Occasional problems have been detected when using the Vilkku city bikes, due to the Freebike application. The bike is borrowed in the state,

but the application does not report it. This has only been observed in some users. The system supplier will investigate the matter.

The bike can be returned by quickly pressing the brake handle three times in a row.
